Avani earned her LET card through the Q-School in Dec. 2024
The Ladies European Tour (LET) has confirmed that once again all stages of its 2025 Qualifying School will return to Morocco, and it appears they will not hold a pre qualifier in India, as done in 2022 and 2023.
In 2022–23, Classic Golf & Country Club in Gurugram hosted an Asia Stage 1 event, giving Indian players a highly cost-effective path to the Final Qualifier which they were able to capitalise on. In 2022, Sneha Singh, then Hero Women’s Pro Golf Tour (Hero WPGT) Order of Merit leader, won the Asian qualifier and booked her ticket to the final stage in Morocco. In 2023 , Tvesa Malik, Avani Prashanth and Pranavi Urs all did well in the India qualifier. Pranavi later went on to earn her LET card through the final stage in Morocco.

The LET’s decision is understandable—India’s pre-qualifier drew only 27–30 players, with the top nine advancing to the Final Stage. The higher travel and visa costs to play the qualifier is a deterrent for India’s next wave of talent, who must now head to Marrakech for both the December 10–12 pre-qualifiers and the December 16–20 Final Stage.
