LET – Pranavi registers 5th place finish in France

22-year-old Pranavi Urs, who is playing her second full season on the Ladies European Tour (LET) carded rounds of 70-68 and a final round season low of 6-under 65 to register a 5th place finish at the US$ 460,000 Lacoste Ladies Open de France.

This was Pranavi’s best-finish of the season which was marred by her missing several months due to an injury, but despite her absence, she has climbed to 58th on the LET rankings, assuring her to retain her playing rights for 2026 season with only four events remaining. The top-70 players on the rankings retain their playing rights for the following season. In her first year on LET, she had finished 18th in the LET rankings, underlining her promise. 

Diksha Dagar, who finished 3rd in the LET rankings in 2024, carded rounds of 72-69-71 for a 46th place finish at 1-under 212.

Tvesa Malik – 74-72(+4) and rookie Avani Prashanth – 73-74(+5)  missed the cut.

The other two Indian girls who will retain their LET playing rights in 2026 include Diksha Dagar (21st ) and 18 yr old Bangalore rookie Avani Prashanth (50st).

The next event can provide a breakthrough as the ladies head to India for the US$ 500,000 Hero Women’s Indian Open at DLF Golf & CC in Gurgaon from Oct. 6-9.
