Tvesa Malik ends winless drought in Pune

Tvesa Malik ended a winless run of more than two years by beating Anvitha Narender in a playoff to win the third leg of the 2026 Hero Women’s Pro Golf Tour (Hero WPGT) at Oxford Golf Resort, Pune. Malik’s last victory came in September 2023 at DLF, Gurugram.

Tvesa who last year married pro golfer Ajeetesh Sandhu has been on and off the Ladies European Tour and is looking to find the form that saw her finish ranked 60th on the LET in 2024. 

Riya Jadon finished third. Amateur Aradhana Manikandan and Vani Kapoor shared fourth with the best rounds of the day, 72, in a final round where no one broke par.

Ridhima Dilawari continues to lead the Hero Women’s Golf rankings, with Vani Kapoor now up to second and Jasmine Shekar third after four legs.

The tour stays in Pune for leg four at Poona Club Golf Course from February 17-19.
