Aditi Ashok is enjoying some of her best golf in 2023
25-year-old Aditi Ashok from Bangalore, who is enjoying her best season ever on the LPGA and LET Tours, shot 75-76-70 (5-over 221) to finish tied-15th at the US$ 500,000 Aramco Team Series Florida at Trump International, West Palm Beach.
This marked Aditi’s fourth LET event of the season, following her recent achievements of a win, a third-place, and a second-place finish on the tour, solidifying her top ranking in the LET’s Rankings.
Amandeep Drall of Chandigarh and left hander Diksha Dagar of Delhi shot matching 10-over 226 to finish tied-38th.
In her inaugural event on American soil, Vani Kapoor recorded scores of 78-79 (13-over 157), missing the cut by four strokes. The inclement weather conditions in Florida made the cutline approach double digits.
Next on the Ladies European Tour schedule is the US$320,000 Belgian Ladies Open, from May 26-28. Aditi is likely to go back to the LPGA Tour while the other 3 Indians will likely be seen in action in Europe.
