Asian Tour – 6 Indians in Japan this week

Karandeep Kochhar is among the Indians playing in Japan this week

The Asian Tour will host the first International Series event of the season, the US$2 million International Series Japan, from April 2-5 at Caledonian Golf Club.

The event will feature six Indians, led by 11 time Asian Tour winner Gaganjeet Bhullar. He will be joined by Karandeep Kochhar, who returned to the Asian Tour after his Asian Development Tour win in Egypt last year, which helped him finish fifth on the season rankings.

The Indian contingent also includes PGTI 2025 season No.2 Shaurya Bhattacharya, who earned his card through the Qualifying Tournament in December, and experienced names in S.S.P. Chawrasia, Jyoti Randhawa and Jeev Milkha Singh.

The International Series is one of the most significant pathways in professional golf. It features a set of 8 to 10 elite US$2 million tournaments co sanctioned by LIV Golf and the Asian Tour, with the season’s top two players earning promotion to the LIV Golf League.
