Asian Tour – Gaganjeet’s first top-10

Bhullar remains the top-ranked Indian on the Asian Tour at 24th

37-year-old, Arjuna Awardee and a record 11-time winner on the Asian Tour, Gaganjeet Bhullar from Kapurthala, carded rounds of 67-69-67-69 to register India’s first top 10 finish on the 2025 Asian Tour – a tied-7th place finish at 16-under 272 at the US$ 2mn International Series Philippines. 

Bhullar made US$ 53,000 (₹ 46.7 lacs) for his efforts which moved him to 24th on the International Series Rankings. The top finisher earns a coveted spot on the lucrative LIV Golf for the following season.

Karandeep Kochhar was the second-best placed Indian in the field at tied-36th at 9-under 279, following his rounds of 70-70-67-72  Ajeetesh Sandhu was the final Indian pro to make the cut and finish tied-40th at 8-under 280, following his rounds of 70-69-72-69.

Indians who missed the cut at 3-under par included – 

S.S.P. Chawrasia (74-70) & Rayhan Thomas (77-70)
