Bangkok will welcome club managers and superintendents from across the region, including India, when Robinswood Golf Club hosts the Asian Golf Industry Federation Club and Turf Management Conference on May 26.
Located in Lam Luk Ka on the outskirts of Bangkok, Robinswood sits within the 2,000 rai Reignwood Park development, which combines championship golf with residential living, wellness and sporting amenities, a retail hub and the internationally accredited KIS International School.
The conference will bring together industry professionals and speakers to discuss key topics affecting turf management and golf club operations across Asia.
The event follows Robinswood’s staging of the Reignwood Icons of Football last month, an international exhibition that highlighted the venue’s course conditions and infrastructure.
Seehachet “Pro It” Saifon, General Manager of Robinswood Golf Club, said the event showcased the club’s ability to host international gatherings.
“Hosting the Reignwood Icons of Football allowed us to demonstrate not only the quality of our championship course, but also our ability to deliver an event of this scale,” he said.
Ahead of the conference, AGIF Head of Events, Sponsorship and Membership Rishi Narain visited the venue to review preparations and coordinate with the club’s management team.
