The DP World India Championship is set to make golf history in India, and fans can watch the event live on FanCode for the US$4 million event, to be held at the Delhi Golf Club (DGC) from October 16–19.
For the first time, Indian fans will witness Rory McIlroy, the reigning 2025 Masters Champion and five-time major winner, competing on Indian soil. Joining him are European Ryder Cup Captain Luke Donald, teammates Viktor Hovland, Shane Lowry, and Tommy Fleetwood, along with American Ryder Cup debutant Ben Griffin, who earned a point at Bethpage Black last month.
Representing the host nation will be Shubhankar Sharma, leading a strong Indian contingent that includes Anirban Lahiri, Shiv Kapur, and Veer Ahlawat.
Co-sanctioned by the Professional Golf Tour of India (PGTI), the tournament marks a new milestone for Indian golf and serves as the penultimate event on the DP World Tour’s Race to Dubai, leading into the season-ending Playoffs.
