The Golf Course Superintendents and Management Association of India along with Kolkata based Pro Touch Sports supported by corporate partners like TORO, Hunter, Agricare and Golf Design India successfully completed a three day virtual golf show from August 19-21.
Panelists and presenters held discussions on topics like course management and maintenance, development of golf at grass roots level, careers in golf, golf course renovation and more. Irrigation, sustainability, water management and indegenous golf products were also discussed. Toro and Hunter showcased some of their latest products in presentations and video presentations.
The show aimed at creating a series of videos accessible soon on Youtube which can be referred to for the convenience of others who want to learn about the business of building and maintaining golf courses.
