The Indian contingent at the MCB Indian Ocean Open in Mauritius consisted of No.1 ranked Junior on the IGU circuit, Shat Mishra and No.1 ranked IGU men’s Amateur Shaurya Bhattacharya.
The tournament played in stableford format saw Shaurya Bhattacharya finish second and Shat Mishra 5th in Mauritius in the Amateur category.
The 54-hole tournament is conducted annually by the Mauritius Golf Federation with invitations sent out to top players in Amateurs, Mid-Am and Senior categories in Asia.
