22-year-old Pranavi Urs continued her solid progress on the Ladies European Tour with a tied-31st finish at the US$2 million Aramco China Championship. Playing her second full LET season, Pranavi carded rounds of 73-70-71 to finish at 5-under 214.
Two-time LET winner Diksha Dagar was the other Indian to make the cut in China. She shot 72-70-76 for a tied-56th finish at 1-under 218, as both Indians battled through a strong international field.
Four Indian players now sit safely inside the top 70 on the LET 2025 rankings and are on track to retain their playing rights in Europe for 2026: Diksha (23rd), Pranavi (40th), rookie Avani Prashanth (41st) and Hitaashee Bakshi (57th).
Avani (74-74) and Tvesa Malik (74-75) missed the halfway cut this week but remain part of a promising Indian presence on tour. Hitaashee, has made the most of her first year in Europe with 8 cuts in 12 starts and a tied-third at the US$500,000 Hero Women’s Indian Open in Delhi last month to also secure full playing status for 2026.
Back home, Vani Kapoor leads the Hero WPGT with five wins in 11 events and, currently 90th on the LET rankings, could get back on tour by finishing No 1 in India. With just one event left — the Andalusia Costa del Sol Open de España — the race for top-70 and 2026 playing rights is set for a tight finish.
