Anirban Lahiri holds 17th spot in LIV Golf rankings with three events to go

Anirban Lahiri, India’s lone representative on the PGA Tour for many years, delivered a steady performance at LIV Golf Andalucía, finishing Tied-23rd at 2-over-par 215 after rounds of 73-73-69 at the iconic Real Club Valderrama in Spain.

The Crushers GC member has enjoyed a consistent 2025 season, highlighted by two top-10 finishes, including a standout runner-up result at LIV Golf Virginia last month. With just three events left in the LIV Golf League’s calendar, Lahiri appears well-positioned to retain his spot in the league next year. He currently ranks 17th in the individual standings, safely within the top-24 “Lock Zone” that ensures automatic qualification for 2026.

Lahiri’s Crushers GC squad, captained by two-time U.S. Open champion Bryson DeChambeau, entered the week as favorites after winning three straight team titles in Korea, Virginia, and Dallas. However, the team stumbled in Spain, finishing 7th at 10-over, 15 strokes behind Legion XIII, led by local hero and 2023 Masters champ Jon Rahm.

That win gave Legion XIII their third team title of the season, pulling them even with Crushers GC and Fireballs GC and lifting them to first in the team standings with 186.66 points.

Lahiri now sets his sights on the upcoming LIV Golf UK event, scheduled for July 25–27 at JCB Golf & Country Club, where he’ll look to build on his momentum in the final stretch of the season.
