Indian fans who missed seeing him last October can plan to watch Rory McIlroy this time around as he announced he will return to the US$4 million DP World India Championship at Delhi Golf Club this October 15-18.
The World No. 2 will be accompanied by defending champion Tommy Fleetwood, who has also announced he will play at Delhi GC once again to defend his title. Other stars who played in Delhi in 2025 like Shane Lowry, Viktor Hovland, Luke Donald and others are yet to announce if they will join the event, which set new standards for the country.
Fleetwood’s DP World India Championship win in Delhi was part of a standout season for him, during which he also captured the biggest prize of them all – the US$25 million FedExCup on the PGA Tour and made his fourth Ryder Cup appearance, helping Europe secure their first win on US soil since 2012.
