Rishi Narain, the 1982 Asian Games Gold Medallist, former India International David D’Souza, Ajai Sirohi, and Lokendra Malik will represent India at the APGC Senior Amateur Championship scheduled for Nov. 22-24 at Kota Permai Golf Club in Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia.
Four years ago, the team, which consisted of Capt. Kanwaljit Singh Cheema, Col. Gian Chand Sharma, Amit Luthra, Kapil Dev, Rishi Narain and Vijay Kumar Bhadana, registered a top-5 finish in Japan.
The APGC Senior Amateur Championship is the Asia-Pacific’s premier team and individual championship for senior male golfers. The individual winner will receive an exemption into The R&A Senior Amateur Championship.
