Saptak continues his quest in Europe

Saptak Talwar has made 9 of 11 cuts in 2025

Saptak Talwar, in his rookie season on the European Challenge Tour , now called the Hotel Planner Tour, continued his quest to get his DP World (European) Tour playing rights as he opened with an impressive 5-under 66 to sit tied-8th at the Scottish Challenge, but followed it with a 72 to slip to T-37. With two rounds left, he remains in the hunt for a better finish.

The 26-year-old came through the qualifying tournaments to earn playing rights on the Hotel Planner Tour after one win in India on the PGTI.

Now 11 events into the season, Saptak has made 9 cuts with a best finish of T-31 in France, but he is currently way down in the rankings as he has failed to find a top 10 finish yet while only the top 20 will graduate to the DP World Tour, making every round critical.
