Pro Golf – Ladies European Tour
The girls duo from Haryana, 25-year-old Tvesa Malik and 20-year-old Diksha Dagar, finished tied-32nd and tied-53rd respectively at the US$ 240,000 Ladies European Tour event in the Netherlands.
Tvesa shot rounds of 73-75-71-71 (2-over 290) to add US$ 1900 (₹1.4 lakhs) to her kitty, while Diksha scored 73-76-74-72 (7-over 295).
Diksha, who’s been recuperating from back problems, has made 4 cuts in five events with a season’s best 4th place finish in Prague last week.
The other Indians in the field, Vani Kapoor, playing her first ranked tournament since the Kenya Ladies Open in December 2019, shot 78-76 (+10) and Astha Madan shot 83-76 (+12) to miss the cut. Astha, Diksha and Tvesa will play the brand new US$ 1mn Aramco Team Series event in London from July 8-10.
