World No. 5 Justin Rose headed to India in October

Justin Rose is set to play the DP World India Championship in October

Superstar and major champion Justin Rose of England  will add star quality  at the second edition of the US$4 million DP World India Championship, to be played at Delhi Golf Club from October 15–18, 2026.

The 45-year-old Englishman, a former World No. 1 and 2013 U.S. Open champion, headlines a strong field that already includes defending champion Tommy Fleetwood and Masters winner Rory McIlroy. The presence of these superstars is sure to ignite the interest of golf fans in India again. 

Rose, also an Olympic gold medallist, has 13 PGA TOUR wins and five Ryder Cup victories with Europe.

Launched in 2025, the DP World India Championship carries the largest prize purse ever offered in India. The 2025 edition featured a strong field including McIlroy, Shane Lowry, Viktor Hovland, Luke Donald and Brian Harman.
