Scenic Kota Permai awaits your arrival in September
RN Sports have announced a 36 hole open tournament in Kuala Lumpur, for Indian amateur club golfers who want to combine some competitive golf with international travel to one of Asia’s premier golf destinations. The tournament, open to men and ladies, Sept 12-16, 2022, will offer prizes in various age groups, and handicap categories with lower handicappers playing in stroke play format and higher handicap players being scored on stableford points.
The venue, Kota Permai Golf & Country Club where all three rounds will be played, is rated one of Asia’s top courses and has played host to The European Tour’s Maybank Malaysian Open & Volvo Masters, and the Asian Tour’s more recent Selangor Open. The par 72 Championship course has also been voted as Malaysia’s Best Golf Course in a Golf Malaysia Reader’s Poll and was voted Best Golf & Country Club Award of the Year by Hospitality Asia Platinum Awards.
The brand new Le Meridien Petaling Jaya hotel, which opened its doors only in June 2022 will be the Official Hotel for the event and features a large rooftop infinity pool and direct access to one of KL’s largest malls. Activities for non golfers are available.
