The 21st annual edition of the Chola World Corporate Golf Challenge staged its 4th regional round in Delhi at ITC Classic Golf Resort, Gurgaon followed by the national finals the following day. 

104 senior corporate leaders teed off on a chilly morning with the course in excellent condition on Saturday. The field was a power packed gathering of who’s who of the corporate world with many welcoming back the return of the longest continuously running national level corporate golf tournament on the Indian calendar.

The four winners from the Delhi round went on to join four winners from each of Mumbai, Bangalore and Pune rounds at the National Final. With all 16 winners from the previous leg in attendance, the competition was keen and in the end it was a brilliant round of 1 under par gross from Mumbai’s 2 handicapper Kushaal Thackersey that gave him the winner’s spot while Shiv Moola of Bangalore finished 2nd. Both Kushaal and Shiv will now represent India at the World Finals of the World Corporate Golf Challenge to be held in Portugal in summer 2022 against winners from qualifying events in 35 other countries.
