Winners – Junior Delhi-NCR Cup
Continuing its busy season of competitive golf, Delhi Golf Club hosted the Delhi Golf Society’s NCR Juniors Cup from Sep. 7-9.
Vinamra Anand of Noida shot 70-74-78 (222) to win the Category ‘A’ Boys event. Yash Chaudhary finished second with scores of 74-75-77 (226) at DGC’s Lodhi course.
In Category ‘A’ Girls, Keya Badugu shot 81-80-79 (240) to edge out Mannat Brar 82-80-79 (241) by a shot.
In Category ‘B’ Boys, Ranveer Mitroo 80-74-79 (233) beat Uday Aditya Middha 76-80-80 (236) by three-strokes. In the same category for girls, Shrestha Shukla 77-81-79 (237) won by two-strokes over Prarthana Khanna 82-78-79 (239)
In Category ‘C’ Boys, Prince Bainsla registered a three-shot win after shooting 65-59 (even-par 124) at the par-62 course over 36 holes. Rudra Pratap Bhati finished second with back-to-back 65’s (130).
In Category ‘C’ Girls, Kashika Senthil shot 73-66 (139) to win by a massive 20 strokes over Nyra Singh 81-76 (157).
