European Tour
As was done in 2020, Hero Motocorp will sponsor a European Tour event in 2021. The US$ 1.5mn Hero Open, an event introduced by the European Tour is all set to be played at Fairmont St. Andrews from August 5-8, just 5 miles away from the historic Old Course at St Andrews Links, home of the Royal & Ancient Golf Club ( R&A), the governing body of world golf.
It is expected that European Tour regulars, Gaganjeet Bhullar and Shubhankar Sharma will be seen in action in an event which comes immediately after the men’s golf event at the Tokyo Olympics where Anirban Lahiri and Udayan Mane will be representing India.
