The 4th IndusLaw Golf & Style Invitational tournament was held at Classic Golf Resort and offered guests more than just a round of golf. An amazing art display featuring works of Indian masters like Souza, Raza, Pyne, etc were on show with collector’s pieces being awarded as prizes to winners and also individually numbered paintings gifted to every participant by Dhoomimal Art Gallery, a leader in the world of Indian Art since 1936.

Further visitors were exposed to HANDS carpets which supply handmade carpets to royalty worldwide– their collection was an eye opener of creativity, colour, design and textures. A live performance of Mukesh’s film songs put everyone in an amazing mood after the game while one of India’s foremost Art investment experts, Debottam Bose, gave a presentation to the guests on some do’s and dont’s of art collecting. A well-attended golf clinic for around 30 participants conducted by Arjuna award winning coach  Harmeet Kahlon further gave the event a unique dimension, while pro golfers Manu Gandas ( PGTI #1 from the 2022 season) and Seher Atwal ( WGAI #2 from the 2023 season) gave participants something interesting to shoot for on the par threes. The clinic ended with a putting competition with amazing prizes for the 6 winners, of which four went to ladies.

In the end the amazing prizes provided by The Kumaon, a boutique luxury resort near Ranikhet, UP, the world famous Japanese Noritake crockery and Callaway kept everyone attentive for the awards ceremony since the Double Peoria handicapping adjustments were used which meant that almost anyone could end up being a winner. Former cricketers turned long hitting golfers – Murali Kartik and Gagan Khoda showed off their powerful swings while the excited set of expatriate CEO’s expressed delight with the evening ambience.

Callaway showcased their new drivers by giving everyone a chance to hit them on the 14th tee while competition continued into the evening with Callaway’s challenging new Tic-Tac-Toe putting contest. Silver Arrows, Franchise Partners for Mercedes-Benz, saw guests test drive their new Electric SUV’s while a specially arranged Delhi street food specialist created mouth-watering delicacies which turned out to go down smoothly with high end single malts from Glenfiddich.
