Last week, Anirban Lahiri, secured his spot for the upcoming 2024 LIV season by finishing 13th on the LIV Golf’s Individual standings. The format for the final championship was that all four scores counted each day and Lahiri dazzled with a remarkable 7-under 65 in the final round, aided by his long hitting captain, Bryson DeChambeau, who pieced together a final day 67 for a thrilling two-shot victory over the RangeGoats.
The final round saw a pressure cooker situation but some clutch putts by Lahiri and DeChambeau and a stumble by their opponents saw the Crushers prevail at the end.
As per LIV Golf, from the prize money earned by each team, 60 per cent goes to the team, with 10 per cent going to each of the four participating players.
