Lavanya Jadon invited to Japan

Lavanya Jadon is ranked 5th among ladies and junior girls in India

Lavanya Jadon, a 16-year-old student in the 12th standard at Summer Fields School in Gurgaon, has been invited to represent India at the prestigious 64th Japan Women’s Amateur Championship having achieved several top notch finishes on the IGU circuit. 

The championship is scheduled to take place from June 13-16 at the Akita Country Club in Arayamachi, Japan.

Lavanya trains at the DLF Academy and is currently ranked 5th among ladies and junior girls. She recently represented India at the Women’s Amateur Asia Pacific held in Singapore in March.

The Japan Women’s Amateur Championship, organized annually by the Asia Pacific Golf Confederation ( APGC)  and Japan Golf Association, is a 72-hole stroke-play event.
