Only two Indians make cut in Macau

Shiv Kapur was the best ranked Indian at T-55th

A total of 10 Indian professionals participated in the US$ 2mn International Series Macau of which former Asian Tour winner, Shiv Kapur and PGTI winner, Veer Ahlawat were the only two Indians who survived the 36-hole cut at the tournament.

However they could only manage 55th and 66th place respectively in a strong field consisting of many LIV Golf stars who were trying to earn scarce World Ranking Points.

Jeev Milkha Singh

 

The Indian contingent will play the US$300,000 Challenge Tour event in Kolkata this week followed by the US$2.25 Million Hero Indian Open next week. 

The Asian tour’s next event will be the US$ 1mn Saudi Open from April 17-20.
