Last week, India Golf Weekly reported about clubs like KGA in Bangalore, Delhi GC in New Delhi and other courses taking initiatives to vaccinate their staff, caddies and families.
Following the trend, Oxford Golf Resort in Pune recently conducted a free COVID vaccination drive for the local community in partnership with their neighbouring Flame University and Lavale Gram Panchayat.
Oxford Golf Resort has vaccinated the entire town on Lavale , the Village it established its golf course and university. 2500 villagers were vaccinated FOC @ Oxford instance. Mr Anil Seolekar Chairman expressed this immense need to ensure all in the area of their business stay vaccinated for safer families. And a social cause is achieved.

With these vaccination drives, it is hoped that the rate of transmission will reduce, making conditions safer for golfers, staff and caddies alike.
