The Professional Golf Tour of India (PGTI), has announced its partial schedule for 2023. The tour, which recently signed an agreement with the DP World Tour and the PGA Tour, will see its season kick off with the Tata Steel PGTI Players Championship from Feb. 7-10 at Tollygunge Club in Kolkata.

PGTI has released a list of 10 events from February through April. The  tour will see the return of the Hero Indian Open, an event co-sanctioned with the DP World Tour, following a gap of three years.

The tour will also play two new US$ 300,000 Challenge Tour events at KGA, Bangalore – Duncan Taylor Black Bull Challenge (March 23-26) & The Challenge 2023 (March 28-31), as part of the new agreement between the two tours.

Curiously, the DGC Open presented by MasterCard, scheduled by the Asian Tour for March 16-19th 2023 , does not yet feature on the PGTI calendar, indicating there is some sort of disagreement between the two tours, following PGTI’s alignment with the European Tour.
