Club leagues continue to be the big story across India with several leagues continuing and more new Leagues getting added each year. 

Gurgaon – Classic Golf Premier League – 1st edition

Starting July 22nd, the Classic Golf Premier League has begun its first edition, where 12 teams with 120 players total will compete in five classification rounds every Friday and Sunday over the next 6 weeks. The top-8 teams will qualify for the knockout stage, which will be played in Fourball Better Ball format.

Chandigarh Golf League – 1st edition

The Chandigarh Golf League is set to start from Sep. 21 with over 300 golfers competing in the five-week long event. Around 16 to 18 teams will vie for the top honours during the league, which will be exclusively held for club members, according to CGC president Col HS Chahal.

A team can have a maximum of 18 players while the purse for the winning team is ₹8 lakh and for the runner up team, it is ₹4 lakh, apart from other prizes. 

Delhi GC League – 2nd edition

The Lloyds DGC League is set  from Sep. 29th to Oct. 22nd. 20 teams of 20 players each will play in a four ball better ball matchplay format. 

The team owners have been given the right to nominate 10 players, while the balance will be selected from the pool of entries received of DGC Club members
